Chris Charles is a printer, designer and teacher, living in her hometown of Rochester, NY. She started Moon Rabbit Press in 2010, shortly after a serendipitous introduction to letterpress printing. Currently, her work focuses on fine art linocut & letterpress prints, which often feature bold colors and a healthy sense of humor. Along with texture and color, Chris loves the simplicity of mid-century design, which highly influences how she renders her subjects and compositions. As for the theme of her prints, Chris takes inspiration from what is around her, both natural and man-made.
